4. Do you provide Sunday, weekend or holiday cleanings?

Yes we can accommodate holiday, weekend or evening cleanings if necessary.

5. What is your cancellation policy?

We do not require a deposit. We have cancellation fees, you can get more information on our Тerms and Conditions page.

6. Do I need to give notice in order to book a cleaning appointment?

If you want to be sure we would have the availability for the date and time suitable for you, please call us at least 3 to 5 days in advance.

7. How do I know how much it is going to cost?

All payments are based on Your Cleaners Team estimates. Should our crew determine that the work will surpass the estimate, we will contact you in order to receive your approval to proceed beyond what has been estimated. However, this rarely happens. The only additional charge that might occur is for a parking fee if you are not able to provide a free parking space for the cleaners van or in case you are located within a congestion charging area.

8. Are you insured and bonded?

Your Cleaners Team is a fully insured, licensed and bonded cleaning service. Each of our cleaning technicians is carefully screened to ensure that we refer only quality, experienced housekeepers with spotless criminal and professional backgrounds. We choose our employees with the same care you're taking in choosing a house cleaning service.

9. Can I make arrangements for cleaning at a time when I am not home?

Your Cleaners Team recognizes that many people are quite busy. As such, it is common for us to complete our services when you are not home. We have some clients who feel more comfortable being home for their cleaning. Whatever your preference, we are happy to make your experience pleasant and convenient. We will make arrangements with you to get access to your building, be it a key or other security access.

10. Do I need to provide any supplies or equipment?

Our cleaning service crew comes prepared with all the cleaning supplies necessary for the following services: End of Tenancy, Pre-Tenancy, Windows and After builders Cleaning, as well as professional Carpet and Upholstery Steam or Dry Cleaning . If requested, we can also provide the cleaning supplies for your One Off and Regular Domestic cleaning services for a small extra charge.

11. Do you guarantee your End of Tenancy Cleaning service?

To ensure you can rest assured with your End of Tenancy Cleaning Service, you are provided with a customer satisfaction guarantee - if for some reason you or your landlord are not completely satisfied with the service provided, our cleaning team will come back and re-clean it free of charge within 48 hours after the cleaning.
